popular, and the band ARGH from Norway made a good impression with their debut album “Night In The City” for nearly two and a half years ago. Finally ARGH is back with a new and catchy album which is titled “Get It Right” and contains 9 strong, melodic synth pop tunes with punch. The sound of ARGH is a nice mix of classic synth sounds, drum machines and vocals that really suits these songs, although ARGH still has its own style. The new for this album is that the band has been joined by vocalist and keyboardist Iselin Main, which brings the band a new dimension sonically. She also sang all the backing vocals on their last album, and the fact that she is now included as a permanent member is an enrichment for the band, especially in live situations. Iselin’s vocals fit perfectly well together with Andreas’s deep and heavy vocals. They also have a tough duet on the album, plus Iselin also sings a solo song. The new album “Get It Right” is a long-awaited album among ARGH’s fans, and at the same time a proposal for new fans. The album is a bit more “happy” than the last album, and has a slightly more commercial touch, and are therefore even broader audience. Do you like pop tunes with a tougher “edge” and cool synth arrangement is probably the album for you. The 10 songs gets quickly to the brain, and the rhythms makes you want to move.
